Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of company sales strategy in Latvian (OR Baltics) market.
- Market data collection, processing and presentation.
- Providing input to action plans according to local needs: assortment, pricing, key customers.
- Finding new clients and development, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
- Solving all local issues, managing purchase orders and after sales activities.
- Coordination and executing marketing and sales promotion activities.
Requirements
Personality and background:
- University degree (preferably in economics or technical field).
- Successful sales experience in a technical products field, experience with climate equipment will be your advantage.
- Experience in business development.
- Independence – ability to target and manage sales activities without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result oriented, active personality and self-motivation.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent Latvian, very good English and good Russian, PC skills, driving license.
