DNB service center for Norway’s largest financial services group DNB Bank ASA – was established in Riga in 2012 and has more than 350 employees currently working in Riga. Our main goal is to provide the highest level of services to bank customers in Norway and worldwide. Customer Service center has a central role in DNB that ensures around 6 million customer interactions annually. Our primary objective is to craft exceptional customer experiences while achieving our financial targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting and advising our customers through chat and email.
• Proactively guiding customers towards the bank’s self-service solutions and directing them to the appropriate channel, in alignment with our operational guidelines, to benefit both the customer and the bank.
• Efficiently identifying and addressing customer needs, delivering accurate answers on the first contact, and fulfilling our commitments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Relevant work experience and track record of achieving results will be considered as advantage.

• Salary 1200 – 1650 EUR gross, depending on your experience.
• The position will be based in Riga on local contract terms.
