Customer relation and sales manager

Responsibilities:

Mapping potential new customers and creation of contacts.

Responding to customer requests and meeting with existing and new customers.

Negotiating and organizing customer products and services that meets the client’s needs.

Information management in systems according to procedures.

Representing Company in Baltic level as well as internationally.

Communication in between departments.

Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.

Qualifications, knowledges and competences:

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 year work experience -sales experience preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills Latvian, English and Russian languages.

Excellent communications and presentation skills, responsibility and reliability.

Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to multi-task.

Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Financial knowledge preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license B category.

Compensation & Benefits:

Daily hours Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 base salary and bonus accordingly to performance.
