CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT / DATA OPERATOR, LATVIA

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and control product orders, storage, processing and transport through cooperation with other departments.
• Ensure relevant shipment documentation preparation and flow.
• Fulfil customer ad-hoc requests.
• Process and coordinate claims (log claims, check and gather inventories, issue invoices).
• Handle supplier/restaurant invoices and returns (collect, enter, log, follow up).
• Coordinate overall documentation flow between Departments.
• Ensure data accuracy in Warehouse Operating Program.
• Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting (Check of stock levels, expiry dates etc.).
• At all times adhere to McDonald’s, quality and logistics standards.
• Lead warehouse inventory.

We would expect:

• At least two years’ experience in any customer service-related role.
• Fluency in English / Russian language (a must).
• Fluency in Latvian languages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer care and ability to focus on quality.
• High problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy level.
• Both team player and individual decision maker.
