Eurodel.no is internet project which was founded in 2012, and has constantly grown to become one of the Norway's biggest car parts e-retailer serving thousands of satisfied customers every week.
To improve our customer satisfaction we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialists (with Norwegian language skills).
Person with excellent communication, listening skills and computer skills. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities and work:
Consult Eurodel.no customers via phone, email, and live online chat, providing timely support for any issues using Eurodel.no.
Communicate with customers regarding in-store issues and escalate as necessary.
Work closely with the colleagues on order and process flow issues.
Collaborate with shipping vendors on any customer shipping issues, including filing claims for lost packages, and initiating returns for incorrect orders.
Review all customer ratings on social networks, feedback sites and do a public answer if needed.
