The purpose of your work is to ensure effective management and development of the unified company system of safety, which includes: the establishment, implementation, maintenance, development, and control of a unified system of safety (labor protection, fire safety, and civil protection). Planning, development, and coordination of safety standards and safety-related documentation as well as organizing and performing work environment risk assessment, determining work environments the extent, nature, and impact of the risks on the safety and health of workers will be a big part of your day. Developing labor protection instructions, internal regulatory enactments, orders, and other documentation related to professional activities and organizing and conducting occupational safety training at the company level.

To succeed in this role you would need a university degree in occupational safety, at least 2 years of practical work experience in the work safety field in an industrial area, knowledge of the processes, and Latvian Occupational Safety Law. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Latvian. Reliable team player, with a positive mindset and can-do attitude.

We offer a remuneration starting from EUR 2100 gross, company car and bonuses. You can choose to work from Riga, Cesis, or Sigulda.
