The client has charged us with this priority search for a "Deputy Head of Representative office" to augment their rapidly growing team.
The vacant position is available in the offices of the following countries: United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Turkey, Germany
Description:
The Deputy Head of Representative office will lead all new business development activities in their assigned market/region. With primary responsibility of generating sales from new customers, this position will be also involved in the development of the sales team, management of the marketing activities as well as logistics. The ability to analyze complex data and convert it into useful information, act autonomously, develop and lead teams, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), manage diverse constituencies, provide strategic thought, and effectively collaborate with internal and external partners is critical to successful execution of this job. This role has significant exposure to senior management and all corporate functions and business unit.
Reporting line: to Head of Representative office
Subordinates: Up to 15-20 subordinates

Requirements

Preferred skills and experience:
Successful experience in B2B, direct sales or business development (at least 3 years of relevant experience)
Experience in business development on overseas markets will considered as an additional asset
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop and implement creative solutions in the face of challenging goals
Knowledge of the local specifics of the overseas markets
Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member
Capacity to take initiative rather than waiting for direction
Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through in a timely manner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well-developed analytical and managerial skills
Stress-resistance and proficiency with troubleshooting challenges self-sufficiently
Advanced PC user (1C, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.)
Fluency in both Russian and English
Readiness for the relocation and regular business trips
