As an E-commerce Channel Lead, reporting to the Country Manager and Head of E-commerce (Group level), you ‘ll be responsible for company’s e-commerce sales channels www.lieliskadavana.lv and other. We expect you to focus onperformance analysis based continuous channel development and operational activities management to ensure best possible results. 

 

Position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Assume full accountability for e-commerce channel and performance contributing towards business goals in accordance with organizational and business strategy:

  • Measure, report, and influence performance of www.lieliskadavana.lv and other platforms.
  • Bring strategic data-based insights when planning and managing digital marketing budget, prioritizing investment for optimal yield.
  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with the experienced digital marketing and e-comm colleagues across the Group of companies ensuring ongoing alignment of performance and expectation.
  • Together with Product manager implement solutions for to get positive trend in key metrics, including customer engagement, user experience, conversion, and retention against a backdrop of business profitability.
  • Partner with Commerce team and external parties for to capitalize on market opportunities within the relevant / new market categories to grow volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Collaborate on creative, media, social media and technical development for e-commerce projects including online advertising campaigns.
  • Identify trends, insights, competitor activity and optimize activity while developing new and creative growth strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide guidance for adoption if appropriate, while keeping up to date with relevant technology and digital changes within the industry.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 4Y experience in digital marketing including planning and implementing successful campaigns in various digital channels.
  • Gained grasp of e-commerce and user-experience from min 2Y of working experience within top 100 e-comm companies in Latvia.
  • Expert level in analysing/forecasting the effect of various digital marketing activities and ability to bring practical insights for better efficiency.
  • Know-how of web optimisation tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimise).
  • Strategic thinker yet effective through concept to implementation.
  • Effective leadership, delegation, planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Performance-driven and collaboratively inclined with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
