Equipment Integrity Specialist

* Ensure that all relevant operations equipment is available, risk-safe and working

* Actively participate in processes improvements related to gaming equipment

* Analyse all gaming equipment malfunctions and repair or direct technicians to perform repairs

* Capability to perform and oversee integrity evaluations based on gathered data, interpreting results and provide recommendations

* Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks

* Regular status reporting to senior management

* Develop and produce job/projects’ status, KPI and equipment performance reports

* Manage equipment related orders/supplies, match company standards across all entities in Evolution Gaming

* Instruct, consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to equipment

* Provide required info to gaming authorities that regulate Evolution studio operations during yearly audits

* Plan, forecast and control equipment related budget

* Advanced English knowledge, both written and spoken

* No less than 2 years’ experience in a management role within casino operations

* Higher education in a technical field (Engineering) will be an advantage

* Hands on experience with casino equipment repairs

* Understanding of casino operations, game rules, strategies

* Computer competence and strong knowledge of the MS Office products

* Motivation to achieve company targets; ability to work in team; desire to learn and be part of a continuous development analytical skills

* Ability to maintain assigned tasks, meet deadlines, possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
