Requirements
The Food & Beverage Manager will support the day to day operational management of the hotel Restaurants & Bars, Events & Room Service outlets. Ideally the candidate will have a strong F&B background in 4/5 star Resort Hotels. He must be well presented, driven by standards and the hotel’s financial performance. Successful candidates must speak Italian and English (proficiency).
Food & Beverage Manager Role and responsibilities:
- Ensuring a diligent approach to all Health and Safety obligations.
- A determination to meet all financial goals.
- Creating a training culture in the F & B department.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Maintaining a high level of staff morale.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Providing the highest caliber of customer care.
- Excellent communication skills with all management, staff and suppliers.
Criteria and Requirements
- Hotel Management School Diploma
- HACCP
- Strong Leadership skills, “hands-on” and a “can do” attitude
