Prasības kandidātiem

• Higher education.
• Knowledge of Latvian, English, Russian is essential.
• Category B driving licence required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a management role in a commercial environment.
• Leadership, responsibility, efficiency and ability to motivate a team to achieve common results and goals.
• Effective organisation, development, motivation and control of a team.
• Ability to take decisions, solve problems, be results-oriented, organised and able to plan own tasks.
• Proficiency in the use of modern technologies and means of communication, computer skills. 
• Knowledge of the Lithuanian language would be a great advantage.
