Job description:

• Ensure HR administration according Latvian Labor Law and GDPR requirements (agreements,adjustments, HR management system).
• Provide timely HR service to the organization, providing advice on best practices and guidanceon the interpretation and practical applications of HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Coordination of Work Safety processes within all units.
• Support and contribute to employer branding projects for BARBORA.
• Run efficient, smooth hiring and onboarding, assimilation and ongoing development programm.
• Participate in group HR activities and projects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years HR managment experience.
• Full understanding of all personnel management processes - planning, selection, engagement,induction, evaluation, motivation.
• Knowledge in HR records management and in Labor Law requirements.
• Ability to provide coaching and feedback; facilitation skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Latvian, English, good verbal skills in Russian.
