Darba apraksts

  • Manage, lead and instruct the Project Core Team in the day-to-day activities
  • Organize project team meetings to achieve the planned results
  • Coordination of Project executionAllocate and monitor budget execution
  • Be the prime contact to Customer and Project Stakeholders, also ProjectManagement OfficeProject reporting on status and financial performance
  • Maintaining project documentation in PTD, SharePoint, G-drive
  • Define and secure the support of business partners and extended project team
  • Management of all communication with the Customer, Project Managers of Sub-Divisions
  • Project progress tracking that involves tight communication with subcontractors
  • Going on occasional business trips
  • Project launch

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Acquired higher education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction
  • 5+ years of proven experience working in power supply, railway orelectrotechnical field
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Working experience either in Project Management, Engineering or OperationsPMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
  • International experience would be highly appreciated
  • Excellent leadership skillsStrong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Demonstrated decision-making and organizational skillsLatvian, Russian and English skills
  • Driver's license
