  • Field-based role (70%) that represents a product with a defined customer base within the 3 Baltics countries
  • Utilizes product, disease working knowledge to promote the appropriate use within a customer base
  • Manage assigned territory, accounts, customers and budget
  • Establish working relationships with key opinion leaders locally and nationally
  • Develop and initiate new business opportunities
  • Direct strategic planning and promotional activities within area of geographic (ortherapeutic) responsibility
  • Provide recommendations on strategies, coordinate the development of territory business plans
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and facilitate ongoing communication of performance to keys take holders
  • Regularly measure success, document and provide feedback on performance to management

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Medical, pharmacy or other Science degree, and 10 years of relevant sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of successful pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales along with strong influencing and negotiating skills, honed in highly competitive markets
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends
  • Proven track record of identifying complex issues, solutions, and opportunities, and ability to effectively present those to marketing and sales management
  • Demonstrate substantial knowledge of specialist area, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to credibly discuss the science of complex products with key opinion leaders
  • Previous experience in working within cross-functional teams in developing strategies and tactical objectives
