Job description:
• Preparation of various legal documents
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial contracts
• Providing support on projects and legal issues as and when required by the supervisor/Manager

Qualification and Key Skills:
o Higher education in law
o Fluency in Russian and English language (both, spoken and written)
o Good knowledge and experience of commercial contract drafting
o Accuracy, self-dependency and noticeable conscientious regarding the fulfilment of work duties, by keeping focus on details
o Ability to adopt to a rapidly changing working environment
o Ability to work with minimal supervision using own initiative and plan and organise own workload
o High sense of responsibility and high level of stress resistance
o Analytic thinking skills
o Ability to research in depth both legal and commercial/operational issues
o Positive, open and collaborative personality
