Job description:
Preparation of various legal documents.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial contracts.
Providing support on projects and legal issues as and when required by the supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
Qualification and Key Skills:
Higher education in law.
Fluency in Russian and English language (both, spoken and written).
Good knowledge and experience of commercial contract drafting.
Accuracy, self-dependency and noticeable conscientious regarding the fulfilment of work duties, by keeping focus on details.
Ability to adopt to a rapidly changing working environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision using own initiative and plan and organise own workload.
High sense of responsibility and high level of stress resistance.
Analytic thinking skills.
Ability to research in depth both legal and commercial/operational issues.
Positive, open and collaborative personality.
