Job Description

  • Play an important role and provide legal assistance in negotiations with debtors.
  • Prepare all necessary quality legal documentation, claim statements, explanations, applications and other internal and external correspondence.
  • Represent companies and creditor’s interests in courts, state institutions, local authorities.
  • Prepare procedural documents to courts, supervise litigation processes.
  • Cooperate with notaries, bailiffs, insolvency administrators and other 3rd parties.
  • Represent creditors’ interests by participating in creditor meetings.
  • Provide legal opinions and statements, monitor.
  • Advise and support colleagues with consultations and professionally presented, creative and suitable legal solutions.

    • Requirements

  • Master degree (or equal) in law.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Constructive, well organized and able to work independently.
  • Good speaking and writing English, Russian sills, as well as impeccable Latvian skills.
