Job Description
We are looking for a Rock Band Arranger to help create publisher-grade arrangements of popular music for our growing catalog.
These are arrangements, not transcriptions. The goal is to create clean, practical, performance-ready charts that capture the identity and energy of a song while remaining clear and playable for real musicians.
This role focuses on producing consistent, high-quality arrangements for a standard Rock Band format.
The ideal candidate combines strong musical instincts with excellent notation, arrangement, and reduction skills, and is comfortable working at consistent level of professional output.
Requirements
- Strong arranging and music notation background.
- Excellent understanding of contemporary popular music styles.
- Strong guitar skills and intermediate piano skills.
- Ability to create clean, practical, performance-ready band arrangements.
- Strong understanding of rhythm sections, instrumentation, and ensemble writing.
- High attention to musical detail and consistency.
- Comfortable working independently and managing monthly output targets.
- Professional written communication skills.
- Experience with MuseScore Studio is preferred, but not required.
Applicants will be required to peform a small paid test task to create two arrangements based on our requirements.
