New Channel Development Manager Baltics

Your Challenge
As a New Channel Development Manager you will be responsible for the sales to specific sales channels in Baltic countries –non-traditional retail such as Loyalities and Incentives channel, on-line channel, other non-traditional retail channels (drug stores, beauty stores, pharmacies). Responsible for investigation of market opportunities in non traditional retail in Baltics, development of those channels, sales funnel management, creating local supporting virtual teams of non-traditional channels (planning, logistics, financing, marketing). Based on strong sales fundamentals building strong customer intimacy, building the brand, introducing and selling new innovative products, and driving point of sale presence and activity. Responsible to coordinate all parties both internal and external involved in executing the different business models at non traditional retail channels. Reports to the CL Leader.
Your responsibilities:
    • Identifying new market segments and recognizing opportunities for CL business in non-traditional channels in all three Baltic countries
    • Defining strategy and tactics per country as well as per channel
    • Setting priorities to reach defined business targets and executing those sales plans by continuous, systematic work on offers  to L&I channel
    • Managing processes & policies for long term business accounts (margin, pricing, marketing, logistics)
    • Maximizing the customer and project P&L
    • Ensuring sales targets per channel are set and achieved
    • Positioning new concepts and promotional plans per channel in agreement with local Marketing team
    • Maximizing the customer and project P&L versus AOP / ROFO by implementing CL CP at customer with corner stone the Account Strategy and Strategic Account Plan
    • Be responsible for solid contribution to international account team, linking local account strategy, actions, and processes to international in order to positively contribute to overall account results
    • Delivering channel specific growth plans
    • Ensure competition is actively benchmarked and acted upon
We are looking for:
  • Bachelor degree level in business, management or similar
  • 3 to 5  years of sales experience
  • Experience in developing new sales channels would be an asset
  • Experience in sales and cooperation with business customers is required
  • Skills in selling concepts and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and active approach to market opportunities
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent English and Russian languages are required
