New Channel Development Manager Baltics

As a New Channel Development Manager you will be responsible for the sales to specific sales channels in Baltic countries –non-traditional retail such as Loyalities and Incentives channel, on-line channel, other non-traditional retail channels (drug stores, beauty stores, pharmacies). Responsible for investigation of market opportunities in non traditional retail in Baltics, development of those channels, sales funnel management, creating local supporting virtual teams of non-traditional channels (planning, logistics, financing, marketing). Based on strong sales fundamentals building strong customer intimacy, building the brand, introducing and selling new innovative products, and driving point of sale presence and activity. Responsible to coordinate all parties both internal and external involved in executing the different business models at non traditional retail channels. Reports to the CL Leader.
