DNB service center for Norway’s largest financial services group DNB Bank ASA – was established in Riga in 2012 and has more than 350 employees currently working in Riga. DNB is a place, where a friendly, dynamic, and people oriented work environment brings the best results. Our main goal is to provide the highest level of services to bank customers in Norway and worldwide. Customer Service center has a central role in DNB that ensures around 6 million customer interactions annually. Our primary objective is to craft exceptional customer experiences while achieving our financial targets.
