Job Description

  • Meet clients and visitors, answer phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Distribute correspondence and shipment
  • Control and register invoices
  • Assist IT department
  • Participate in procurement processes (communicate with involved parties)
  • Cooperate with suppliers and partners
  • Participate in planning and conducting company events
  • Coordinate smooth office operations and safe working environment
  • Arrange business travels for employees
  • Archive records and inventor equipment 

Requirements

  • Have a higher education or are a final year student in related field
  • Secretary / office administrator experience is beneficial
  • Have excellent communication, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance
  • Have high sense of responsibility and accuracy in performing work duties
  • Are detail oriented and team-player
  • Have positive attitude and are helpful
  • Have very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Have excellent Latvian and English skills
