Office Administrator

Job Description

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Welcoming visitors at reception.
  • Handling inward and outward correspondence (mail, courier etc.).
  • Coordinating of shipments.
  • Ensuring smooth running of the office.
  • Ordering necessary office supplies, vendors invoices handling.
  • Assisting in organization of company's events.
  • Providing assistance to colleagues and different departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced MS office skills.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, written and spoken.
