Darba apraksts

  • Support the GSBS Team Manager to understand the customers’ requirements to develop effective customer experience.
  • Manage a team of agents to deliver against SLAs and functional targets.
  • Continue to support workloads through order-processing.
  • Support team with hands-on operational order processing on a regular basis.
  • Ensure adherence to the core model concept and change control process to support a global, scalable, standardized solution.
  • Support the training manager with the onboarding and induction training plan.
  • Actively coach team members with integrity and a personal approach to unlock potential.
  • Drive a high performing culture of quality within your team.
  • Handle and resolve feedback received from market contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with team managers to introduce new processes into the department.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 1 year experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in a senior or leadership role in a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience with SAP / CRMGood PC skills, including Microsoft packages.
  • Impactful communication skills: feedback and coaching skills are crucial.
  • Open-minded personality with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to identify ongoing issues and find solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; aware of own personal impact and a role model of professional behaviors.
  • Provide feedback on non-compliance or areas of improvement.
  • Experience working with Continual Improvement Methodology would be beneficial.
  • Fluent Latvian and English.
