Darba apraksts

  • Collaborate with the GSBS Head of Customer Operations to understand the customers’requirements to develop effective customer experience
  • Focused stakeholder management to improve services from GSBS side and market insights
  • Managing a team of Team leaders and their agents to deliver against SLAs and functional targets
  • Drive close cooperation with local market leaders and other stakeholders regarding services &quality provided by GSBS
  • Ensure adherence to the core model concept and change control process
  • Responsibility of dedicated process within Customer Operation within all EMEA regions and makingsure it’s standardization and implementation throughout all markets
  • Align with the training manager to optimise the onboarding and training plan
  • Drive assigned process improvements and standardization throughout all EMEA markets
  • Drive a high performing culture of quality within your team
  • Handle and resolve feedback received from market contacts
  • Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer focused environment
  • Proven experience as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Previous experience with ERP systems
  • Experience working with Continual Improvement Methodology
  • A strong understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Good PC Skills, including Microsoft packages
  • Impactful communication skills: feedback and coaching skills are crucial
  • Decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Latvian and English
