Job Description
Searching for a person who would be responsible for:
- the preparation and accomplishments of the business plan for print sales channel;
- the sales in the non-television segment (print media, catalogues, direct mails, brochures) and creating new direct sale opportunities;
- Work with international sales team to develop business strategies;
- Apply critical strategic thinking to find creative and pragmatic goals;
- Organize and motivate team members to reach these goals.
Detailed description:
- preparation of sales oriented offers
- stock management
- media planning and media buying
- copywriting
- internet page management
- Coordination with other sales channels and call centre
- strategic planning of sales through non-TV segment
- Creating new direct sales opportunities.
- Developing reporting processes to identify, track, and communicate direct sales progress,
- Reporting to the local and international management
- Ensuring all projects are aligned and managed to meet program objectives.
Roles and responsibilities:
• You will manage projects in line with contractual agreement and client expectations and develop strong and constructive relationship with clients,
• You will coordinate and manage necessary operational tasks in call centre, data-lab, mailing-house,
• You will prepare a benchmark analysis for individual project fields,
• You will be responsible for achieving positive project results (Cost calculates and monitor projects flow).
Requirements
• Basic marketing knowledge,
• Experience in sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills,
• English language
• Usage of standard computer programs (Excel, Word…),
• Strong incentive to learn about the business.
