About the role

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer for Verifone EEMEA (Southeast Europe, Turkey, CIS countries, Middle East & Africa) region.

 

What you'll do:

  • Provide Tier 1/2 Product Support on assigned products to regional partners.
  • Work with partners to identify issues (HW/SW) and collect required logs/traces.
  • Reproduce and resolve reported issues with the help of upper-level support.
  • Provide timely updates to partners and other internal teams.
  • Ensure reported issues are being follow-up within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • You have 24/7 Standby as and when needed.
  • You perform other related duties as assigned.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • You have a recognized Degree / Diploma in Computer / Electronic / Communication / Electrical Engineering or a computer-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the payment industry and EMV/CTLS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Having a basic knowledge or experience in a programming language (Java/C/C#/C++).
  • Extraordinary communication skills, collaborative and cooperative approach, ability to build trust and influence.
  • Action-oriented working style and strong customer focus.
  • Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to learning new technologies.
  • You identify as a dedicated self-starter who isn't afraid to take initiative.
  • Feeling responsibility to chase the given task.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Possess customer service skills and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications and platforms, is preferred.
  • Experience in Amdocs, JIRA platform is an advantage.
  • Flexible to travel abroad - once in a couple of months.

Remuneration: EUR 2400 gross.
