Program Manager Business Development m/f/d

• Self-directed preparation of analyses, presentations and documents used as a basis for decision-making
• Self-directed design of projects in various fields and support in their implementation (Markets, Customers, Competitors, Cost …)
• Contribution to the business development, with strong focus on strategy development and communication
• Standardization of business processes in the business unit
• Communication liaison to the business segments, to other business units, executive departments and the people in charge in the affiliates
• Ongoing updating and/or interpreting of business information; provision of country-specific information about the competition and market potential at a system and product encompassing level
• Representation of the Business Unit in internal projects and initiatives
• Organization of events and workshops within the Business Unit and with the global affiliate organization
• Preparation and follow-up of various meetings

• Studies of technology (university of technology, university of applied sciences), and economic background
• Several years of professional experience
• Awareness of tasks and own initiative in finding solutions
• Pronounced communication and social skills
• Understanding of product management
• Focus on implementation and results
• Versed and experienced in all MS-Office applications
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of presentation techniques
