Project Manager

The purpose of your work is project management work with full responsibility from initiating and closing the project.

• You will be responsible for the implementation of separately designated investment projects in accordance with the company's project-specific objectives;
• taking care of Adven's internal cooperation and cooperation with the end customer, designers, suppliers, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• You will be managing and leading the site works, taking care of ESHQ of the project, and preparing an analysis of the results, and conclusions involving all counterparties to the project. 

To succeed in this role You need:

• a University degree in Thermal Engineering or a relevant field, and at least 7 years of practical work experience as a Project Manager;
• proven experience in a leading role in construction projects, managing several projects/work streams simultaneously;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills are your advantage combined with fluent English and Latvian both written and verbal;\
• You should be a reliable team player, with a positive mindset and can-do attitude;
• valid driver's license.
