Job Description
Due to companies’ success and growth, we are looking for a new colleague in our recruitment department to make our team even stronger. This contains a fulltime job, and you can start immediately.
Your responsibilities as recruiter include:
- Writing and posting different vacancies/job offers, using different sources like social media, job boards etc.
- Actively searching and approaching new candidates you find online.
- Screening incoming CV-s and arranging phone or in person interviews with candidates.
- Negotiate job offers with your candidates.
- Create your own network with available professionals.
- Developing and implementing different recruitment strategies.
- Make sure the online vacancies are up to date to find the most suitable candidates to fulfil the orders.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with people.
- Previous experience in recruitment or similar role is not mandatory , but a big bonus.
- Good English.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with using social media and job boards.
