Darba apraksts

  • By leading and developing a team of Area Managers, strive to maximise sales in assigned region, take care of the optimisation of costs and minimisation of product losses, and improve the effectiveness of operations
  • Co-creating and implementing a local sales strategy to attain general business objectives
  • Ensuring region stores are compliant with company standards of operations and legal requirements
  • Cooperating closely with store support units: Merchandising, Stock Control, OPS Support and HR
  • Proposing improvement ideas, taking part or leading projects related to optimisation of functioning of departments and stores

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Previous experience working as an Area Manager or similar position in retail business (at least 3 years)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for retail field
  • Advanced decision-making, assessment and development, problem-solving, analytical and planning skills
  • Willingness to go on business trips on a regular basis
  • Good command of spoken and written English
