The vacant position does not require a solid and structured business experience. The strong communication skills, self-confidence and focus on results are sufficient to achieve high-quality results in this role.

The vacant position is available in the offices of the following countries: United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Turkey, Germany


In this role you will lead all new business development activities in their assigned market/region.
With primary responsibility of generating sales from new customers, you will be also involved in the development of the sales team, management of the marketing activities as well as logistics.

The ability to analyze many different data and convert it into useful information, act autonomously, develop and lead teams, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), manage diverse constituencies, provide strategic thought, and effectively collaborate with internal and external partners is critical to successful execution of this job.

This role has significant exposure to senior management and all corporate functions and business unit.

The ideal candidate will have:
 Mindset that always looking for ways to do things differently and the ability to keep going despite rejection and skepticism
 Strong leadership skills
 Experience of working in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment
 Fluency in both Russian and English (for the position in Germany ideally required knowledge of the German language)
 Readiness for the relocation, regular business trips and unlimited working time
 Sales or business development skills (at least 3 years)
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Knowledge of the local specifics of the overseas markets
 Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member
