Renewable energy Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities would involve taking a leading role in our renewable energy projects, actively contributing to the development and execution of cutting-edge clean energy projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing the construction processes of renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
• Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Collaborating with project team members, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project workflow.
• Monitoring and documenting on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions for project challenges and improvements.

What helps you to succeed in the role:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Good construction site management or project management skills preferably with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Good understanding of construction and electrical engineering management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
