Not a typical account management position for Latvia – this is an exciting opportunity to learn global account management, done from the comfort of Latvia. Become a part of this Latvian success story! What will you do at GroGlass? As a Sales Account manager you will focus on: • Daily running of all aspects of sales within your defined account base: o processing sales orders and inquiries; o answering customer’s questions and addressing their needs regarding product, pricing, technical specifications, delivery, etc.; o communicating with customers over the phone and email; o evaluating customer orders, proposing best product mix (based on minimum order amount, space in a container etc.), identifying opportunities to upsell; o solve customer problems: recognize when customers are having issues and find solutions to resolve these; • Preparing presentations, price offers, order confirmations, reports and other documents. • Providing input and developing a quarterly/annual business plan (by account) that details growth objectives, category objectives, and promotional plans. • Maintaining up to date information in CRM and other databases. • Investigating and taking care of important and complex support matters, and where necessary working closely together with peers across all departments to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for our customers. • Travelling abroad to participate in industry-related exhibitions and key account visits as deemed necessary by management.

Prasības kandidātiem

You have: • Excellent abilities to communicate with clients and build relationships in a positive and professional manner. • Desire to achieve set sales targets by working independently and proactively. • Previous experience with client account management. • Ability to express oneself in writing in a way that is logical and easy to understand. • Excellent English language skills to communicate with foreign clients over the phone and e-mail (knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage). • Curiosity and desire to get a deep understanding of various Groglass® products and market specifics. • Sense of responsibility and attention to details. • Good command of Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CRM systems would be an advantage. • Team player.
