Luxury Business Class is a luxury business class travel agency that offers discounted business class and first class tickets to our clients. These flights are expensive when a customer purchases them directly from the airlines. Our connections and partnerships allow us to offer discounts up to 70% to our clients. We offer an unmatched level of service that our clients are eager to take advantage of. Our agency is based out of NYC with agents all throughout the world. We are looking for experienced independent sales agents to join our amazing team! Coming in with experience or a book of business is a huge plus!

Our travel agency has been raising the bar when it comes to how we handle our clients. We are currently looking for multiple experienced travel sales agents that are self-motivated, energetic and positive. You will be expected to assist your clients throughout the entire process from the beginning of the booking and the follow-up after the trip, THIS IS NOT A TICKETING POSITION. This position will require individuals that are not afraid to go the extra mile to complete the sale. We take pride in our process. We will provide extensive training in sales tactics, overcoming objections, time management and whatever it takes for you to succeed. This opportunity is truly amazing for the right candidates. This is not a telemarketing position, we hand you quality leads to work through.

Darba apraksts

  • ensure daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales inquiries;
  • operate within company guidelines for customer service, professionalism, call handling and meeting client expectations;
  • assure that clients are fully aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited - you will be trained for this;
  • promptly handle changes per the client's request.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask with several websites, screens and programs;
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and extremely passionate about customer sales;
  • personable, approachable and professional and love helping customers to find the perfect luxury holiday
  • strong sales skills and commercial awareness;
  • prior experience following up with clients throughout the sale cycle
  • driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge and working to achieve goals;
  • positive attitude and a will to succeed
  • ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively;
  • unafraid to ask questions and always looking to improve;
  • knowledge in researching and putting together international travel airfare itineraries;
  • expert in phone and email customer service, and experience in the travel industry is a plus;
  • experience working with luxury business travel is a huge plus;
  • proven track record of travel sales;
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • close attention to detail.

  • flexible with your availability. We run a 24/7 operation, so you may be asked to work weekends/evenings. Also, you will be able to work from the comfort of your home - this is a fully remote position;
  • successfully hired candidates will receive a training salary to help transition into a commission-based position;
  • sign on bonus based on experience up to 1,000 EUR.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.

Pay: commission based (very very competitive rates). Can earn up to 7,500 EUR monthly!
