Sales Assistant

Your main tasks will be:

• register various data in the company's accounting systems, perform datacollection and analysis;
• manage information on payment execution, delivery of goods, prices, promotions;
• provide the sales team with the necessary reports and invoices;
• inform customers about the company's products and price changes;
• collect and analyze the results of marketing activities;
• provide quality support to the sales team, cooperate with other teams.

• have higher education or are a final year student in economics, financial or similar fields and can combine studies with full-time work;
• have previous experience in a similar position related to data entry, verification ofreports, which will be your advantage;
• desire to work in close cooperation with the team and clients in Latvia and Baltic;
• have very good knowledge of Latvian and English both orally and in writing;
• have computer skills at a good user level (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
• have high sense of responsibility and accuracy in performing work duties;
• have positive, solution-oriented attitude;
• have ability to organize work in compliance with deadlines.
