MAIN TASKS:

• drive our growth in Europe;
• develop highly effective sales team;
• take part in improvement of sales processes and systems, as well as work organization of the sales;
• develop sales in current markets and develop new markets;
• ensure the preparation and execution of the sales budget in the area;
• prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, ensure continuous improvement of sales results.

• proven sales management experience;
• proven leadership skills managing a sales team;
• about 7 years experience in sales and at least 3 years experience in team management. Desirable experience in an international company;
• high sense of responsibility;
• the initiative, motivation and ability to make changes;
• focus on building long-term cooperation;
• confident personality;
• proven ability to develop and implement strategies and processes;
• Latvian, Italian, English and Russian language skills.
