We are currently seeking a Latvia based sales manager who will cover Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with the following tasks and responsibilities:
Summary of tasks and responsibilities : The continuous creation of/search for new profitable business opportunities, The safeguarding of substantial profitable growth,-Creation of “local opportunity database” which offers information on competitors, and competitive pricings, Continuous promotion of the corporate concept & collections with the customers, continuous substantial enhancement of salesperformances, regular visits towards our customerbase (according to the Activity Based Costing principle). Maintain a keen identification and an accurate reporting on the potential of the customerbase as a whole including their potential(s) per product group ( and set clear targets accordingly), to be accurately stored and to be continuously monitored in the customer segmentation database,-Initiating promotions/ mailings towards the customers, -Ensurance of smooth business cooperation/relationships with the customers, Communication of Corporate strategies towards the customerbase ,Updating collections and showrooms in terms of prevailing product & display collections,Providing proper sales reports of all customer visits towards sales management & backoffice,Ensure close cooperation with the backoffices in terms of follow-up on customer requirements (customer complaints, payment behaviour etc).
