Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Latvia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector. Our slogan - EASY - illustrates the reason Unisend parcel terminals exist. Sending and receiving should be easy for everyone.

Currently, we are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Sales Manager to join our team.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a secondary education degree (higher education is preferred, or a student currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Transport or Logistics);
  • Possess at least 1 year of successful sales experience, knowledge of company products is an advantage;
  • Are native speakers of Latvian with a proficient command of English (both spoken and written);
  • Proficient in computer use, including advanced knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Have driver's license (preferred);
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, teamwork, and organizational skills, effective communication and professional etiquette;
  • Have independence, responsibility, initiative, dedication and positivity towards change.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate, and execute sales of the company group’s services to small and medium-sized business clients;
  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with existing and new business clients, ensuring high-quality account management;
  • Analyze business client needs and prepare tailored commercial proposals, projects, and non-standard contracts that meet those needs;
  • Coordinate the execution of signed contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure services are delivered according to agreements;
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system, prepare sales reports, analyze results, and contribute to budgeting and planning activities;
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, coordinate payment issues, monitor client financial obligations, and report progress and challenges to management.
