Job Description

basic duties:
Full control and direct personal performance over vehicle trade including:
- maintaining information about products, updating, distributing and improving it
- product and finance flow control (purchasing, storage, sales)
- contacts with clients including active sales and attracting new clients
- development of offers and preparing sets of sales documentation
- collecting and analysis of client feedback and claims
- cooperation with suppliers (manufacturers) and partners
- contacts with media and advertising agencies
- collection and analysis of current news in media and official sources including legislation
- cooperation with advertising and marketing specialists in mother company, manufacturer and Professional association
- development of trade budget, control over realization of board approved budget
- estimation of results of marketing activities
- investigation and statistical analysis of automotive market

Requirements

Necessary education and skills:
College or higher education, preferably marketing, automotive or related technical.
Valid drivers license (category C1 or higher preferable)
Good verbal and writing command of Latvian, Russian and English, good knowledge in technical and business terms
Basic knowledge of related legislation
Good communication skills
Goal orientated and flexible personality
Possibility to perform business trips and ability to work not fixed hours
Good PC knowledge including graphic software, basic accountancy knowledge (MS Axapta knowledge preferable)
