• Work with new and existing Sales leaders to build their business and achieve growth for the Sales organization and the company: target setting, performance monitoring, training
• Development of growth plan to improve and expand business
• Budget development and control
• Performance indicator development, assessment and monitoring
• Coordination of communication strategies targeted at distributors and customers
• Acquisition of market intelligence to identify trends, competition, and product pricing
• Management of customer service to achieve distributor and customer loyalty
• Development of recruitment estimates for distributors and sales estimates of product lines
• Management of marketing budgets
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or an equivalent education. Fluent English, Russian and Latvian. 3 years Sales & Marketing experience in direct selling / Multilevel marketing excellent knowledge of the local market.
- PC proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office package.
- IT: Proficiency in the use of computer software, have a basic graphic design ability; Maintenance and updating of the company's Web site;
- Other: Good communication skills, work with new and existing DS leader to build their business and serves them;
