Darba apraksts

  • Sales of SBD tools (all categories - power tools ,hand tools, accessories and fastening products)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and coordinating cooperation with business partners
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Co-creating, implementing and executing the sales plan
  • Optimal territorial coverage using effective travel plans, routes and appropriate tools
  • Tracking and analysing sales results, management of WSA (White Space Analysis)
  • Proposing improvements and setting new directions
  • Training and supporting the distributor sales force in the area

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in tool/technical products sector is an advantage
  • Technical studies will be an asset
  • Highly motivated, success driven and independent in action
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and territory management habits
  • Creativity and innovation in building solutions
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent Latvian and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license
