Sales Support Specialist (German speaking)

Darba apraksts

• Prepare offers for customers, including quantity and technical details.


• Manage customer orders in CRM system and communicate with logistics department to ensure smooth delivery.


• Maintain customer files and update information in our supplier portals.


• Communicate with production and planning departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.


• Participate in Stock Keeping Unit creation in CRM system to ensure accuracy of product information.

Prasības kandidātiem

• Professional English, German and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage.


• At least 2 years experience in customer service related jobs.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AX software.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.


• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.


• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes preferred.
