Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Create and verify the database of potential business customers
• Cold calling and cold mailing to potential business customers to present Logwin forwarding services
• Arrange appointments for Sales Representative
• Working in CRM system
• Creation of different reports from CRM system
• Support Sales Representative on daily basis – reports/ offers preparation, market research
• Prepare quotations in accordance with Sales Representative and Customer Service/Operation department

• Experience in sales and acquiring new customers (experience in a call center will be an asset)
• Experience in a position related to acquiring and building relationships with business clients will be an asset
• Willingness to explore forwarding market, learn processes and services
• Well-organized

• Very good English and Latvian
