Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the Sales team to reach goals and deliver top-quality service.
  • Actively develop new B2B customer relationships and manage the client journey.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients to account managers.
  • Monitor results, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement.
  • Solve client and operational issues through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Report sales performance to both local and Baltic-level leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership and B2B sales, ideally in logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the Latvian market, economy, and e-commerce trends.
  • A self-driven, proactive, and goal oriented mindset.
  • Excellent Latvian and good English language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues on Baltic level.
  • Great communication and organization skills.
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car.
