  • Lead and motivate the Sales team to reach goals and deliver top-quality service
  • Actively develop new B2B customer relationships and manage the client journey
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients to account managers
  • Monitor results, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement
  • Solve client and operational issues through teamwork and collaboration
  • Report sales performance to both local and Baltic-level leadership

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Proven experience in team leadership and B2B sales, ideally in logistics
  • Strong understanding of the Latvian market, economy, and e-commerce trends
  • A self-driven, proactive, and goal oriented mindset
  • Excellent Latvian and good English language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues on Baltic level
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • Driving license and a possibility to use a personal car
