Darba apraksts

  • Handling of shipments in the field of sea freight and air freight in accordance with company's quality standards (among other things: documentation, booking, shipment control, transport insurance, accounting, customs handling).
  • Preparing shipping documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Entering data into operating systems.
  • Ongoing monitoring and control of transport costs.
  • Negotiations with transport service providers and shipping companies.
  • Build relations through daily work with customers.
  • Offer preparation and tracking.
  • Handling of complaints.
  • Communication and cooperation with other offices.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Min. 2 years of experience in sea and air freight operations.
  • High school education.
  • Good knowledge of shipping issues.
  • Knowledge of the transport market.
  • Ability to solve problems and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good verbal and written skills in English and Latvian.
  • Well-organized.
  • Social and communicative skills.
