The Recruiting Specialist acts across the recruitment life-cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates. He/she is responsible for processing recruitments in due time and form.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Cluster HR strategy to attract and recruit top talent in alignment with Global HR and Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for Recruitment and Learning & Development.
  • Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via (phone) interviews.
  • Coordinating existing and new vacancies.
  • Being part of the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp/recruitment agencies.
  • Supporting improvement in recruitment steps  ( screen; test and match)

Requirements

  • C1 Swedish / B1 English
  • Effective communication skills and interest in analyzing people behaviour
  • Very good planning skills and ability to adapt to different situations
  • University diploma or at least 3rd course student (HR, Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar)
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources Administrative Management, Post-Graduate Studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law
  • Previous experience in HR Information System (IS) solutions is an advantage.
