Darba apraksts

  • Overall responsibility for the Sales system (main Sales support in Tele2 Latvia used for all T2 Centers and customer support) and surrounding Sales support systems;
  • Business development pipeline responsibility;
  • Overview of architecture and technical depth, incl. core code development;
  • Relationship building with the vendor of the system;
  • Participation in everyday system development process;
  • All kind of incident lifecycle management;
  • System LCM (life cycle management) e.g. SSL updates;
  • Implementation and maintenance of the right level security protection for the specific system as expressed by System Owner and relevant steering document;
  • Ensuring that security patches are regularly installed;
  • Perform information security risk assessments;
  • Managing access to the system in accordance with security requirements;
  • Together with the architects and other system managers, suggesting and implementing changes to improve the interworking systems;
  • Requirement setting for system monitoring and ensure that this is implemented;
  • Maintain procedures for operations of the system;
  • Use the formal change management process;
  • Acting as a point of contact for stakeholder when it comes to questions or escalation.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 3 years’ experience in system administration or working with Development team to deliver Business functionality;
  • Programming experience in core code development;
  • University degree in IT, IT management;
  • Goal-oriented & self-motivated person with high analytical skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent Latvian and English skills are strongly required, both spoken and written;
  • Ability to travel;
  • Strong stress-resistance, proactivity and responsibility;
  • Ability to work in both ways – as team player and independently;
  • Knowledge of PHP programming language, Linux OS, MySql and supervision of software development team.
