LuckyStreak is looking for a professional technician who will be leading our team of 3-5 technicians in our Riga studio.As the lead of the Technical team, you will be in charge of maintaining the smooth and reliable day today technical operation of a live gaming studio and help manage and promote company level projects moving forward.

Key responsibilities:

• Hardware Maintenance & Configuration - Setup and maintenance for facility network and computers, video and audio equipment, physical infrastructure including electronics, electrics, and structure.
• Software Maintenance - Installing & assimilating software applications.
• Operations Support - Manage support of operations for delivering live video feed.
• Team Management - Plan, prioritize, assign, review, coach, give feedback and evaluate the work of the team members.
• Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
• Delegate duties and tasks within the Tech department.
• Documentation - Manage technical and consumer-oriented knowledge base.
• Projects Coordination - Coordinate and manage projects for the R&D Department and Operations.
• Research - Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions within the department.
• Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
• Work with company suppliers and integrators.
• Work with Jira service desk, Zabbix, Arduino, in-house automation scripts.

Functional and experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Latvian and English.
• Real-life experience in IT/help desk or technical support operations.
• Supervisory experience with the ability to effectively lead, develop people and deliver projects.
• Successfully manage multiple projects.
• Pay attention to details and encourage team members to follow the example.
• Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems.
• Ability to learn and implement new systems and hardware.
• Desire to develop and to be developed within company growth.

Technical requirements:

• Advanced desktop computing (Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge in computer network management.
• Degree in Technical fields / directly related area / globally recognized technical certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or equivalent) / equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office 20xx, Office 365.

Will be considered as advantage:

• Experience in live dealer companies.
• Active Directory.
• Microsoft Windows administrative course.
• Virtual systems / Hyper-V A/V experience.
• AV experience.
• Scripting knowledge.
