Job Description
The main responsibility for the training specialist is to ensure training planning and training process, as well as improve training system for Havas Latvia to develop Company’s Operational process.
As well as:
Follow up the training course and training's expiry dates, if any, has been issued for training. Ensure training process is organized in line with respective International Aviation requirements.
Ensure and monitor timely training manual updates in accordance with International Aviation requirements.
Make inspections and follow the curriculum and teaching quality for all company’s training. Request and follow up training feedback, perform necessary updates of training programs.
Maintain training related documents database, to follow certification/ training expiry dates. Ensure timely recurrent and first-time training to all company employees.
Maintain training related documentation to ensure that all the required training documents are placed on the company's shared server for all areas availability. Control training instructor work and ensure all training documents are stored timely according to company requirements.
Cooperate with company areas management to ensure that all employees receive all required training before performing their duties.
Ensure timely information flow related to the training processes using various information channels.
Maintain and improve E-Learning system, follow up for actual training and operational process information.
Other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor.
