Welness Manager Baltics

Your responsibilities will be:

Train and motivate sales force across Baltics.

Prepare presentations and training materials.

Participate in the development of sales and marketing campaigns.

Secure Wellness category planned sales and profitability targets reach.

Active cooperation with Global Wellness team.

Requirements:

Higher education acquired.

At least 2 years of sales experience; B2C experience considered an advantage.

Previous experience of nutritional supplements sales would be an advantage.

Public-speaker who relates well to audience.

Highly motivated and achievement-oriented person.

Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Latvian, fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Driver’s license category B.
